I had over 18 years of experience working with adults, and trained at world-renowned institutions, including the Tavistock Centre in London. 

I can speak Chinese or English in the psychotherapy sessions.

What is psychodynamic psychotherapy? 

Psychodynamic therapy is one of the talking methods, derived from psychoanalysis and the theories of Freud.

It is believed that the past experiences shaped our current feelings and behaviour. 

Having an accepting and trusting relationship with your therapist encourages you to talk freely and openly to explore yourself especially those you are not aware of. 

This can help you understand what you’re feeling now, why you behave in a certain way and how this affects your relationships with yourself and others. Understanding will bring changes  and growth from inside.
